Finals

So finals week is coming up. Its always the biggest week of the yr for studying. I will be in the lab for most of the next two weeks. Thats the worst part of college. You always have so much to do during finals week.

Season

Well our season ended. We lost in the last second of the game it stinks. No more soccer for me.
We lost to Carson Newman.

Soccer

Soccer is going great! We are almost into postseason and have only lost one game. We are looking to win a national championship but we need to get the whole team on board and not just a select few. Cant wait for the postseason to actually start. We had our senior night tonight. Crazy that I am almost done with soccer.

Week

So far the year is going pretty good. Our soccer team is undefeated and we have only allowed one goal this year. School is good have straight A's so far. We have built a glow in the dark corn that is pretty cool and we are probably gonna have a tournament soon. Have alot of traveling to do this weekend. We have a game in Tennessee on Friday and then a game in North Carolina on sat. Friday nights game should be a good game against LMU but sundays wont be as bad against Queens.

Kick-For-A-Cure

On Saturday September 26 we will be hosting USC Aiken. We are also raising money for breast cancer. All the money that is made at the gate as well as all the donations made will go to breast cancer. Please come out to the game and dress in PINK. We have ordered new uniforms for our team as well as USC aiken that are pink. Please come out and support CSU soccer and breast cancer. THANKS!

Games

We had another great weekend of soccer. We beat Harding 4-0 and Tampa 3-0. Really exhausted though from the games. Tampa has been a big rival for us so it was awesome to beat them and by as much as we did. We are looking to go undeafed this year and win a national championship. Now I am enjoying watching a movie with my roommates. Has been an awesome weekend.

Weekend

We had another soccer game on saturday against UNCP came up with an ugly win of 1-0 but as the saying goes a win is a win. That was a big win for us though. It was our first conference game of the season. So we needed to make sure everyone knew we are still here even though we lost some players last yr. Then today has been nice and relaxing. Hanging out with the roommates watching the VMA's and doing homework.

Weekend

This past weekend we had 2 soccer games the first one was against Chowan. We went into the game not knowing anything about the team. We ended up beating them 6-0 which was a great confidence booster for us. My family came in town for the weekend which was nice. Got to go golfing and to dinner with them on sat. Its always nice to the parents come in town as a college student. Then on Sunday we played Tusculum they are a BIG rival for us and I went into the game thinkink we cant lose to this team. We went down 1-0 then came back to tie 1-1 in the second half. We went into overtime and our senior captian put away the winning goal. Beat them 2-1.

HOME GAME on Friday Sept. 4th at 7:30. We are playing Chowan. Come Out!

Midnight Run

Went out with a bunch of people to cheer on the midnight runners on saturday night. They had to run a 5k starting from Countrys on Macon and ending at the same place. Couple of our teammates decided to run in it as well. Fun night.

CSU Soccer

We had our first soccer game on Friday against Grand Valley and tied them 0-0. They are a very good team and we have some work to do but coming out of the game with a tie is pretty good.
